"3D Secure" Credit Card (VISA - MasterCard - Maestro)

When purchasing goods by Credit Card payment method, NO additional fee will be applied to the total amount.

SETTANTADUE.IT reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g., a landline phone number) to verify actual Credit Card ownership. If the requested documentation is not provided, SETTANTADUE.IT reserves the right not to accept the order.

SETTANTADUE.IT uses 3DSecure payment for purchases made by Credit Card. 3DSecure (also known as "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode") is an authentication payment system that increases the security level of online purchases. At the time of payment, the bank verifies the identity of the Credit Card holder before authorizing the transaction.

In the 3DSecure window that appears, depending on the specific authentication process of each bank, you may be asked for:

• your date of birth;
• a code received via SMS;
• an answer to a personal security question.

This secure exchange of information between you and your bank helps ensure the identity of the Credit Card user. If you are not enrolled in 3DSecure, please contact your Credit Card issuer to activate it free of charge.

All credit card transactions are conducted directly on the Bank's site and through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode – At no time during the purchase process is SETTANTADUE.IT able to access any information regarding the buyer's Credit Card. Under no circumstances can SETTANTADUE.IT be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of Credit Cards by third parties when paying for products purchased from SETTANTADUE.IT.

In the event of order cancellation, either by the Customer or in case of non-acceptance by SETTANTADUE.IT, the amount related to the canceled goods will be refunded to the Customer's Credit Card through a total or partial reversal of the original charge. The refund will be processed as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the order cancellation date. Once the refund has been made to the Customer's Credit Card, SETTANTADUE.IT cannot be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delays in actual crediting due to the banking system.

Advance Bank Transfer

When purchasing goods via Advance Bank Transfer, NO additional fee will be applied to the total amount. The items ordered by the Customer will be reserved until proof of the completed transfer is received, to be sent to SETTANTADUE.IT (via fax to or via email to [email protected]) within 3 working days from order acceptance. The shipment of the goods will only occur after the actual crediting of the amount due to SETTANTADUE.IT's account, which must happen within 7 working days from order acceptance. If these deadlines are not met, the order will be automatically canceled.

The reason for the bank transfer must include:

• the order number received in the confirmation email;
• the name and surname of the order holder.

In the event of order cancellation, either by the Customer or by SETTANTADUE.IT, the amount related to the canceled goods will be refunded to the Customer's bank account via Bank Transfer. The Customer must promptly provide SETTANTADUE.IT with their bank account details. The refund will be processed as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the cancellation date. Once the refund has been made, SETTANTADUE.IT cannot be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delays in the actual crediting process due to the banking system.

Cash on Delivery (Italy Only)

When purchasing goods by Cash on Delivery method, a fixed fee of € 5.00 (five/00) VAT included will be applied to the total amount. The Cash on Delivery method is available for purchases with a total amount exceeding € 50.00 (fifty/00) and less than € 200.00 (two hundred/00).

Upon delivery, the recipient must pay the exact amount indicated on the order total and on the shipping letter in cash. Cheques or other forms of payment will not be accepted. The delivery agent is not required to provide change, so please prepare the exact amount in advance.

The Customer must promptly provide their bank account details to SETTANTADUE.IT. Paypal

When purchasing goods via Paypal, NO additional fee will be applied to the total amount.
